1. General


By placing an order on the Wayandan Touch Garden website, customers agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Plants are living products; therefore, shipping will be done only on selected courier-working days to ensure safe delivery.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch


Orders will be shipped within 10 to 15 working days after order confirmation.
Courier working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.
Since these are live plants, shipments will not be sent on all days to avoid delays and damage.


3. Courier Services


Orders will be shipped through one of the following courier services:
DTDC, Speed & Safe, Trackon, ST Courier, or India Post(Customers can choose their Courier)
Home delivery is not available. Customers must collect the parcel from their respective courier office.
Once shipped, the Tracking ID will be sent via email. Customers are responsible for tracking and collecting the parcel on time.


4. Delivery Time(after shipment)

Within Kerala: 2 to 3 days.
Outside Kerala: 3 to 5 days.
(Delivery time may vary depending on the courier service and location.)


5. Refund & Replacement Policy


Refund will be provided only if the order is cancelled before shipping.
Refund amount will be 80% of the payment (excluding tax).
Once the product is shipped, no refund or cancellation will be accepted.
Unboxing photo or video must be sent immediately upon receiving the parcel.
Replacement will be provided only if the plant is damaged during transit and is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
No replacement or refund will be given for delay in collection, dried plants due to late pickup, or lack of care after delivery.



6. Communication Policy


All communication should be done through email only.
Customers should not contact via WhatsApp after placing the order through the website.
Call option is available only through WhatsApp Call.
For order-related issues, updates, complaints, or queries — email is the only accepted method of contact.


7. Customer Responsibility


After receiving the tracking ID via email, customers must:
Regularly track the shipment.
Collect the parcel from the courier office on time.
Wayandan Touch Garden is not responsible for delays in collection, returned parcels, or plant damage due to late pickup.
