    Plant Description

    • Type: Creeping, succulent, perennial herb

    • Height: 10–30 cm, spreads along the ground

    • Stems: Fleshy, rooting at nodes

    • Leaves: Small, oblong, succulent, opposite arrangement

    • Flowers: Small, white to pale violet with 5 petals

    • Habitat: Naturally grows in wetlands, marshes, and near ponds

     Care & Cultivation

    • Sun Light: Prefers full sun to partial shade

    • Watering: Requires consistently moist soil; tolerates waterlogging (can be grown near ponds or in containers with wet soil)

    • Soil: Rich, loamy, and organic soil is best
